About this Single Origin Coffee

Established in 1993 by former Mechanical Engineer, Paulo Afonso de Resende, Santa Clara was and remains an extension of Paulos dream to return to familial roots in the countryside. For over 25 years in coffee farming, Paulo Afonso applies engineering concepts to the daily life of the farm,, seeking new processing methods for the coffee, preserving the environment and taking care of every detail pertinent to the farm’s operation.

An exciting and expressive coffee to celebrate the inaugural release in the partnership between Santa Clara and Campos Coffee.
