Do you ship coffee internationally?

Our roastery ships orders across the US, Canada and Bermuda. We also ship coffee across Australia but you'll need to be on the Australian version of the website, just use the toggle in the top right to change countries. If you haven't seen your country listed fear not, we'll ship there one day! Over the coming months we’re looking to expand shipping to even more countries, so jump on our newsletter and stay in the loop.

How do I know if my order has gone through?

You will receive a confirmation email from us after placing your order with your invoice. We’ll also update you with the tracking code when your order has been shipped.

When will I receive my order?

For orders in the US we use USPS priority mail and expect 2-3 business days for delivery.

For orders in Canada and Bermuda we use USPS express international and expect it to take 3-5 business days.

Why haven’t I received a tracking link?

To make sure your coffee is freshly roasted please allow up to 24 hours to make it out the door and for tracking to go live. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the following business day.

Single Origin coffees are roasted Monday & Tuesday each week and will ship after being roasted.

My coffee subscription is coming to an end, how do I renew?

Our coffee subscriptions are all managed via My Account. Just log in and start adjusting via https://camposcoffee.com/my-account/

How do I change my subscription frequency or coffee?

Under the profile tab in the top right corner, find the Subscription heading and follow the prompts from there.

My problem isn’t listed here. How do I get in touch?

Please contact [email protected] and we’ll reply as soon as possible. Note that responses will only come through during our business hours, 7am – 4pm, Monday to Friday.


How long is the shelf life for coffee beans?

Coffee quality will start to decrease over time, for best results we recommend using whole coffee beans within 6 weeks. If your coffee is pre-ground we recommend using within 2 weeks.

Can you grind my beans for me?

We're more than happy to grind beans for you. Just select your preferred brewing method.

Should I store my coffee in the fridge/freezer?

Coffee beans should be stored in a cool, dark and dry place – but not the fridge or freezer unless totally sealed and deprived of all oxygen, such as vac sealing. Moisture and air are the enemy of coffee!

Do you sell coffee pods?

We do not currently produce coffee pods or capsules due to concerns over their impact on the environment.

Are your takeaway coffee cups and lids recyclable?

The green Campos takeaway cups and lids are recyclable. Check your local facilities for details. Our green cups are even commercially compostable!

Campos is a Latin based word meaning country or field. Especially in Brazil – Portuguese, a campos is a growing field.

Does David Campese own Campos?

No. David Campese has no-association with Campos Coffee, our names just sound the similar. Great rugby player by the way.
